Free shipping on standard shipping 5-8 days for orders of $300 or more.

International shipping prices vary depending by territory, See shipping choices by carrier in check out. International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt. 

We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping days for international and domestic orders vary. Domestic orders tend to ship faster than international orders.

How long does it take to process an order? 

For domestic orders please allow 1-2 days for your order to processed for shipping. For international orders allow 2-4 days for your order to be processed for shipping.

How long will my order take to be delivered? 

STANDARD SHIPPING: Orders will either ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority services and your shipment will be fully trackable.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Orders will ship UPS 2nd DAY Air services, and your shipment will be fully trackable.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Orders will ship UPS Next Day Air services, and your shipment will be fully trackable.

How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification will your tracking information at check-out.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAMIER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

JLSPLANDAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
